From a Writer's Point of View

Listen to the sounds of the words being heard.
A poem is not a bunch of words.
It is reflecting of one's thoughts and feelings.
Understand its meaning.
Why did the poet write this down?
Did they take time to hear how it sounds.
Running back and forth, correcting their mistakes.
So exciting to be writing not taking any breaks.
At last when its done, they put down the pen.
Leaving the house wanting to show their work to a friend.
Asking them, does this poem sound good to you?
The friend says it sounds as it should.
Confused the poet asks, what do you mean?
The friend smiles and says that It has feeling.
Your feelings, that is what matters when you write.
Even if writing keeps you up all night.
Keeping writing no matter what.
Even if people don't like they can just shut up.
Write the way you want, its not about them.
You are writer and you have your own problems.
